The location will be the Yanille anvils, south of the bank, on World 71. From

there we'll just teleport to the Falador lodestone and pick up the cape.

Reworking the oldest spells in the game, especially the lunar spellbook – which

I enjoy as well – could be of great use to the game; that said I do not see as

much use for them nowadays and consequently no willingness from the players to

RELIABLE (looking at you,10% chance only of activating Ancient Magic procs,

Give melee and ranged their own unique ways of getting extra effects.If magic

ultimately has lower innate DPS in favor of having a lot of useful and powerful

support options (as Jagex seems to want to add to the game now that we have

raids), I'd be fine with that. But Jagex can't keep tiptoeing around with

"options" that are essentially useless.What really has ruined the balance is the

concept of "equality". People used to complain mage was op and melee/range were

underpowered.
